Hook's mindscape is incredibly obvious. There's a pirate ship (the Jolly Roger) anchored off a deserted island. Visitors could either be on the ship or the island and there's a rowboat to journey between the two. On the island are plenty of bottles of rum plus a treasure chest stuffed full of gold and jewels.
Instead of having enough visuals to piece together the nuances of Hook's psyche, there's a woman in his dreamscape that has all the answers. She has long, dark hair, bright blue eyes, and appears to be about ten years older than Hook. She'll introduce herself as Milah and ask the visitor if they want to play a drinking game. She'll hold up a bottle of rum and two shot glasses. It works like this: they can ask one another as many personal questions as they want and the other has to either answer honestly or drink. The catch is that Milah doesn't answer personal questions about herself; she answers questions about Hook. One will find that no matter how much Milah drinks, however, she doesn't seem to get drunk. She's just a part of Hook's mind now, after all.
